Today's gaming review is Subway Surfers! This Temple Run like game is great for 4+ aged kids on the iOS and Android devices. Kiloo have made it totally big with Subway Surfers. The basic goal is to alternate between 3 tracks on the subway, while navigating the player in between obstacles.
May 24th 2012 saw the release of the game, and utilizes the Game Center leaderboard, to challenge all of your friends to make it to the top.
I see that a lot of games are now using Game Center for some friendly competition. Subway Surfers have also updated to Halloween and Christmas adding in a few nifty stuff like a spooky theme to a snowy Christmas. Overall, Subway Surfers is an OK distraction, and is perfect for 4+ kids. It's great practice for some of those parkour and platforming games, I'm giving Subway Surfers:
